Members of TCC are your friends and neighbors. The organization was started when the nation began to wake up to the problem of Critical Race Theory. We are a very loosely organized group that has banded together to raise awareness of areas in need of improvement in our local school district.

We try to bring positive change to a system that appears to resist any scrutiny. We are practical people that want our community to have a solid public education system that produces well-rounded and productive graduates that have a chance to succeed as adults.

Common sense dictates that a good education requires a robust and rigorous curriculum. This means hard work and discipline are an absolute necessity and this can not be achieved if students are allowed free rein within the classroom.

 

The American education system has been changing rapidly due to the introduction of the concept that many of the students are disadvantaged. This is often referred to as “woke ideology” and is based on the concept that we are surrounded by racial and social injustices inherent in the very foundation of our country. This focus on a very indistinct concept has provided the education community with a ready excuse for poor performances. Despite ever increasing budgets, the achievement level of students nationwide continues to decline.
